If the phone is rooted, and you have an app like
DiskDigger undelete (root) installed, just run it. If not, you have to root, then install a file rcovery program. (The free version of DiskDigger recovers pictures). Since the files were deleted on the phone, you're recovering deleted files, for which the phone has to be rooted.
(This is why you should copy files not move them, then if the copy succeeded, delete the originals. At least you'll still have the original. At most you'll have the original and the copy.)
