When I bought my Samsung Note 5, it used to charge in about 20-30 seconds. Now, it takes at least 1 hour to charge. I'm using the same charger which was in the box. I didn't get a new battery either. Please help me because I need to charge me phone when I return from work and it takes a lot of time to charge. Thanks!

Make sure you use original OEM charger that came with your note 5. And also go to settings > battery and make sure fast charging is on.

Have you been using the phone until the battery is almost dead before charging it? A few months of that and the battery is dead (which would cause a very slow charge).

Also 20-30 seconds means that the battery was proobably about 95% full when you charged it. If it's 40% full it can take a lot longer (and 40% is about as low as you should let it go).
