We have problems connecting to our home wi-fi even though we are using the correct wi-fi key.

Our provider tested our system remotely and said it was a router problem and sent us a new one. Curiously its SSID does not match up with the one shown on our devices. My laptop connects but our Samsung Galaxy 4 and Samsung Galaxy Note 4 both say incorrect password when we put in the wi-fi key. Please has anyone got any advice? We will need *****'s guidance please and clear instructions on where to go on our phones! Many thanks in advance!
