Wanted to ask the forum if there is a fix? I looked but didn't get anywhere. I just got a tab S 10.5 and it was a T mobile device. It came loaded with Netflix but when I tap on the app I get an update message (a new version of the application was found you must upgrade to use application ). I hit OK and it goes to the site. I click on "open" and I am prompted to update. Vicious cycle. I can't uninstall, I cleared all memory in the app.
I also went to the actual website and signed in but was prompted to use the app. Thoughts?
