Can't down load pics to computer after system update on Turbo 2

I recently updated my Turbo 2. Now I can't download my pics to laptop. When I hook up USB it now asks What I want to us USB for. Never did that prior. No matter what I choose (MTP or PTP transfer), when I look for pics on SD card, it shows no files, however it shows that memory is being used up. When I look thru the phone I can see all the pics are there though. When I try to use Import pics option, it says no pic or videos are found.

Make sure you updated the USB drivers for the device in your computer. Select mtp and let us know if that works .

Laptop is saying all drivers are up to date.
When I choose MTP, there is nothing showing up on SD card. Internal storage shows up all the folders, however the DCIM folder doesn't contain any pics.
