Keypad on samsung s3 won't show up

Hi. I paired my samsung tab with a logitech portable keypad and that worked fine. However, now that I want to use the tablet without the portable keyboard my keypad on the screen will not show up at all! Iwould like to be able to still use my tablet without having to bluetooth/pair portable tablet to it.

Welcome to the forums. You may have to manually change that to the on screen keyboard in Settings>Language and input.

Welcome to Android Central! Is the keyboard still somewhere nearby, and is it still turned on? If so, try turning off the keyboard's power.

Also, are you talking about the S3 phone or the Galaxy Tab 3 tablet?
