how to turn off and turn on email application using asus zenphone

Welcome to Android Central! Do you mean that you want it to stop syncing? Is it an Exchange email? Try opening the Email app, tap Menu>Settings, select that email account, and look for its sync settings. Change it to Manual. Or you could go to the main System Settings, tap Accounts, and see if there's a specific account for that email (like under Exchange). See if you can turn off the sync there.
