Coolpad no command!!

I bought a new coolpad...and its been a week I bought it..I was using as usual and a update pops up...so I chose reboot now option..as it was processing..my phone shows no error..and later no command..pls help me with this...thanks..

Hi, if you just recently bought the device, I would suggest taking it back to where you bought it from and ask for a new one.

Bootloader didn't find an update file it it just popped up once rebooting into recovery. Try manually searching for the update. Settibgs> System > About Device > updates
