How can I re-anable built in disable Email ?

I accidentally found that the built in Email in my (samsung andriod duos GT-S7562) is disabled . I couldn't re-enable it through the (application manager).
Is there a solution to this problem ?

What happens in your app manager when attempting to enable? Is it grayed out or? What version of Android are you on? Because 5 or below or maybe below 5 there are separate screens and to enable or disable you have to be on the "all apps" page or the "disabled" page. The only other thing I can think of would be to go to the Play Store and search the app. It should show up as disabled when you view the page. You can try enabling it from there but you may have to select install or uninstall updates to the app...
