I got my S4 almost 2 years ago and earlier today, the wifi just refused to turn on.
From the top bar, turning it on would only show a faint green wifi symbol before turning back to grey and when I flip the bar to turn wifi on, it stays grey and then flips back after a few seconds.
I searched online, and I've tried the battery trick, the time change trick, and I tried rooting my phone (which for some odd reason, failed with every software I tried). With nothing left that I could do, I did a factory reset.
Now after the factory reset, the wifi still fails to turn on.
What should I do?
