Motorola Droid Maxx
Have hard and soft reset many times.
Also fiddled audio settings and even some apps for audio managing.
All to no avail.
The problem is that while playing audio, it sounds like a skipping CD cutting in and out constantly. If I try to adjust the volume where media is playing, it flashes back n forth berween two volume bars that slide at different rates (one is like its not making changes while the other increases or decreases the skipping audio).
Videos also pause themselves, I hit play, they almost immediately pause again.
This happens for all audio whether its in phone storage or online. Even in safe mode.
Also, I'm not sure if sound is even supposed to come from the front of the phone as mine has always come from the back speaker.
I've also tried the rubbing trick that people were talking about in regards to the Droid Turbo audio glitch. When I rubbed above the speaker/camera area, the audio seemed to get a little louder but still skipped.
