why my galaxy s4 battery charging rate is slow?

normally my charger charges 1% in 1 minute but from 2 days its charging is very slow I power off the phone, took out the battery and then hold power button to remove charges then I power on the phone and find out that charging rate is normal again. so whats the real problem?

If you have a chance, try with a new or different battery.
You can also try a factory reset on the phone, just remember to save all your data from that phone into an external source before doing the reset.
