A few months back, I did an OS update on my S5, which took many hours and locked up the phone several times during the update process to where I had to remove the battery to restart the phone. Since then my phone has been locking up several times a day, shows data in use that I can't find and generally acting flaky. Basically I think the update has corrupted my OS and I'd like to wipe the phone and reinstall the OS from scratch. Is there a way to do this?

Hi, if you perform a factory reset (found in settings) it will wipe everything off your phone and start up new again (with the latest os available) if you do perform a reset, make sure you back your data up, as it'll be deleted in the reset.
