No calls in or out

[AC Question]

I cannot make outgoing calls and cannot receive any coming in either. I have a Samsung Galaxy E5. Tried shutting phone off and turning on many times. I am still able to send and receive texts though. Not sure what else to do at the moment.

I think your phone cant receive sim or your sim error. You try to double check.
