My S5 & my daughter's S4 don't get wifi at home, but any where & everywhere else we go. WHY?!
My mom had the S5 for 6 months before she gave it to me, she never had any problems at all. My daughter's S4 is used but empty/factory reset, 1 user, in perfect condition & we have new sim cards. We can access wifi anywhere & everywhere but AT HOME. Both our phones SHOW that we have full service, but any time that we try to go onto an app or use the wifi, it says 'No wifi connection'. Even with our data, we CANNOT connect & do ANYTHING on our phones at home, though it sure USES the data! Short of factory resets, we have tried everything. Any advice?
