Odds are you won't find any rooting method, though. It's not a popular enough phone for the people who can figure out a rooting method to bother working on. (Each phone and each version of Android has to be worked on separately to find a rooting method.)
You could try (in my order of preference):
Towel Root
Kingo
iRoot
(If the kernel - in About Device - is dated June 3, 2014 or earlier, Towel Root will root 4.4.2. If not, the others may or may not. They shouldn't do anything if they can't root it - just take a while to find out that they can't.)
