My ISP won't let me answer e-mails.

My phone carrier says I need to adjust the "incoming and outgoing server settings". How do I do that?

Welcome to Android Central. What ISP do you have? Is their email IMAP or POP3?

You can find out whether it's POP3 or IMAP by going to your email on a website and looking at the settings. (You should have it set to POP3 if you want to be able to read the same email on different devices at different times, or to IMAP if, once you delete an email, you want it gone from all your devices.)
