Which ROM? S4 I337

AC Question

I'm trying to figure out which ROM to download for my S4, according to about device, my baseband version is like FNB1 something like that, on this website I see firmwares for I337UCUAMDB and I337UCUAMDL. Do I need to download the FNB1 firmware or can I can just use the ones listed? Will they all let me update to the latest version?
