AC Question

I have a new Dell Venue 8 (7840) tablet with Android 5.1.

When using Gmail, I'm trying to use "Move to", to move a message to my Junk mail or Spam folders. When I click on "Move to", all of my email folders show up except my Junk and Spam folders. Poof... gone!

Bottom line, is there a trick sending a message to a Junk or Spam folder in Android 5.1?

Also, when I click on the Folders icon in the upper left-hand corner of Gmail, all of my folders drop down, but I get two of each folder. Is there anyway to eliminate the extra folders?

Could it be because I have two accounts, Gmail & Hotmail?

I have the same problem with the OEM email client no way to send to spam folder gonna have to go back to Aqua mail that fixes everything

What mail protocol is GMail trying to use to talk to your email server?
POP3, IMAP, Exchange?
The older POP3 protocol tends to see only the inbox.
