Authentication required to download load this app, and error DFLA - 15

[AC Question]

Woke up this morning unable to download or update any apps from the play store. I have followed all of the steps to close apps, clear cache, restart but nothing has worked. I am using a galaxy s6 edge and I haven't changed my password on my account or anything of that nature recently.

Any help?
