why wont my galaxy core prime turn on?

today is may 11 just yesterday my phone was working fine i put the phone on the charger all night and when i woke up i heard my phone keep vibrating and it wouldn't come on i took out the battery pack and put it back in and it started up good till it got to the T-Mobile Screen it just acts like it froze and then keeps vibrating in 3's for ex. duh,duh half a sec duh and every 5 seconds it repeats i tried everything on the boot menu and tried the safe boot. nothing works please help!!
