Unable to detect network

my phone can't find mobile network since switching to new simcard

It sometimes detects the network and all of a sudden shows emergency call only. The issue started few days back. Shown to the Network provider services center, they have replaced the simcard and the issue remains the same.
I have also reset the phone but didn't get any help with it. It automatically detects the network and all of a sudden shows emergency call only.

Maybe there are settings to fiddle with? You may have to go back once more, or call them on another phone and they can talk you through it. It would cheese you off that happening !
