HTC desire 500 -camera stopped working,Does rooting my help me to solve it?

suddenly my camera of HTC desire 500 stopped working.whenever i tried to start it.it shows an message "camera stopped working ".I restarted the phone,did a factory reset even installed firmware. but still stucked...does ROOTING my phone help me??

Welcome. No, rooting would not help. Take it to a repairer for diagnosis.

Rooting does only one thing - it allows apps that need root to run. Since camera apps run on the phone as it comes (no rooting), they don't require root. I agree with Belodion - take it to a good (by reputation) repair shop. (Camera modules aren't that expensive, but the labor to replace one might be.)
