Help! Since I've updated my phone to the latest Android OS the other day, I can't download or update apps over WIFI. Tried factory reset, clearing the cache and data and uninstalling updates to the app store, all of which failed. The frustrating thing is I went over to a friend's house tonight and it seemed to work fine on her WIFI, did some updates and downloaded some apps. We haven't changed anything with our Wifi since before we updated our phones (hubby having exact same issue) and we are connected and able to view webpages and such over WIFI. It just says "downloading..." but never makes any progress. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!
