How do I fix "unfortunately. LGSetupWizard has stopped"

My little brother rooted my LG G Vista and he deleted some files. I did a factory reset because I needed to use the phone, and now I go through the setup wizard my google account has been verified and when I get to the end it says the setup wizard has stopped working then takes me back to the beginning I've had a phone do this before and I took it to a store to fix it they charged me 100$ and I really don't want to do that again please help
