android lollipop to windows 10?

i have a rca viking pro tablet that runs android lollipop, but i want to erase the android ios and put windows 10 on it. can i do a clean install of windows 10? rca has a tablet that runs windows 10, and the specs on the tablet are high enough for the software, but i havent found anything that says that i can clean install. any help is appreaciated
