My Vodafone Smart 4 Max has a black screen and it responds to nothing...

So today my Android phone Vodafone Smart 4 Max got a black screen...
I tried to hard reset but nothing responds...
Also, I can't remove the battery because the phone has a non-removable battery so I can't remove it , put it back in , charge it and then open it...
Also it can't be a hardware problem because the phone worked just fine before with no problems...
And I just locked it and when I tried to unlock it again I couldn't...
I hope it is not something that needs payed service to be fixed becauze in our Greece nobody has money...

Try charging it for several hours. Then press Power for a minute or two....it may work.
