Samsung Galaxy S2 charging very slowly

[AC Question]

Hello to all, my phone just recently has started to charge very slowly, it takes 15 or so minutes for 1% increase.

I took it to a local repair shop and they said they changed the port but it was still the same problem.

I tried different USB cables and different wall sockets however it is still the same problem.

This is not a Wi-Fi issue/Apps or anything like that as nothing has changed on my phone apart from the above problem.

Was the port changed? Is there some doubt?
Also, is the battery good?
