BT notification not working

I'm on a Droid Maxx 2 and recently upgraded to marshmallow 6.0.1. Prior to this, I used"smartwatch" by rwatch with my Chinese watch and it worked. After updating, any bt notice app I try either doesn't work or only works for a little bit before I get this error: apk exception, will be close. Help please

Welcome to Android Central! Does the watch rely on a proprietary app on the phone? If so, it's likely that the app isn't entirely compatible with Marshmallow. Contact the watch manufacturer (although I wouldn't expect them to correct the issue quickly, if at all).

Hello did you solved this problem? i bought the DZ 09 smartwatch from Aliexpress but was not connecting tried everything, finally found this method and it worked, you should try it

Having bt connection problem with a m26 smartwatch the fix video is not available if anyone can help please
