Settings crashing when I try to look at my Google Accounts?

So, I use a Galaxy S4, on Android 5.0.1, and I've been trying to delete some useless email accounts I have laying around. However, every time I try, my Settings app just closes with the window "Unfortunately, Settings has stopped." It's kind of annoying me now, so is there any way I can change or disconnect the accounts on my laptop or something?

(Also, yes, I've tried turning it off and on again.)

I'm also having the same problem on both my Verizon and AT&T galaxy s4. It doesn't do it on my galaxy s5 or note 3 lol

Try a Cache Partition wipe.

I have tried wiping the cache via recovery as well as all of the Google apps and google play services and zilch. Still not able to do anything with my Google account can't sync anything
