Samsung Galaxy S11 not sending or receiving SMS can receive and make calls but no sms have signal and have turned off and taken battery and sim out for 5 mins still no luck have confirmed msg Centre number is correct Telsta +61418706700 Please help a work phone and need it desperatly

I am not sure I know your phone. There is no such thing as Samsung S11. They only have up to S7 for now. The S2 was marketed as SII though (roman numeral for 2 is II), are you referring to that?
