Huh??? I don't follow what you're trying to say. Can you explain what your phone is doing or not doing? Do you see any error message? If so what does it say? In order to get help it's best to clearly explain these things. Remember, we aren't there looking over your shoulder so the more information you can provide the better the chances are that we can resolve your problem.

Welcome to Android Central! I'm guessing that you're trying to install a system update, but it tells you can't because the phone has been modified--is that correct?
