Will there be unicode support for the Gothic language (ISO got)?

Currently when I use an android device and for example use got.wikipedia.org, I just see blocks. I can't fijnd any way to download a font for unicode like this, the Skeirs font is released under the SIL license but I 've no idea where to ask if this can be implented as a used standard.
