I have my Samsung Galaxy S3 for 2 years now. In the last couple of weeks it started randomly freezing and not responding to anything but a long press on its side button or take the battery out.
Today I tried for the first time a factory reset, thinking that it would solve the problem and it would run smoothly again. It didn't, nothing's changed.
I don't know what to do, it's very annoying because it does this quite often. What could be the problem?
