Am not able to key in anything on my samsung galaxy 4G LTE

keyboard does not pop up. unable to reply to text msgs nor enter anything where I have to use my keyboard.

Welcome to the forums! First you could try downloading a third party keyboard from the Play Store and set it as default. My first choice would be SwiftKey.

Once you have this keyboard working go to settings - apps - select your stock keyboard - clear cache & data and restart your phone. Tell us how it goes.

Welcome to Android Central! Which Samsung phone is it? 4G LTE only means it is capable of accessing the 4G LTE mobile network for data.

Does this persist after a reboot, or in Safe Mode?

If you're unable to get anything done on the phone due to a lack of keyboard, try connecting a basic USB keyboard via OTG cable.
