My lg l80 mobile stuck to life's good screen

My lg l80 mobile stuck to life's good screen fo, and now after a week when I restart it by holding power and volume button simultaneously it turned on but it is giving this message while selecting the Internet connection on setting page,sometimes this message appears unfortunately google account manager has stopped pls help
