Factory resetting and Play music.

I have a nexus 5x which seems to be draining battery faster than it used to, so I would like to factory reset it. When rebooting and then logging into my play music subscription would this use it as another device or does it recognise it as being previously used, therefore not taking up another of my ten device slots. Thanks.

Hi - it would recognize it as a previously registered device.
