How can I remove kid zone from my HTC phone?

Welcome to Android Central! Which HTC phone? Did the phone come with Kid Zone preinstalled, or did you install it yourself? Go to Settings>Apps>Al,, and look for Kid Zone. If you find it, tap it, and see if you can Uninstall. If it was preinstalled, the only thing you can probably do is Disable it, which won't remove it from storage, but will prevent it from opening.
