    I'm assuming that you're talking about wifi in which case it's 2ghz and 5ghz. That it shows up means you can use it. 4g is what the US calls lte I believe.

    Welcome to Android Central! Forest Dane is correct. The wi-fi router you're using broadcasts the same signal on two different bands--2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. The main advantage of 5 GHz is that it is much less likely to experience interference from other wireless signals (like cordless phones). Data transmission speeds on 5 GHz might also be a little faster, but the range is typically lower than 2.4 GHz.
