2 days ago, because the device was full, my phone suddenly stopped working, the last message it was showing was Google Drive abruptly stopped or something like that. i was able to delete photos that were backed up on Google photos i restarted the phone only to findd the Home button, currently open apps button andd dnotifications not working at all. my phone simply vibrates when i get an SMS, whatsapp msg bt doesnt show on home screen any notification I have to manually go to SMS/whatsapp to check if there are new messages. i tried clearing cache in storage and rebooting multiple times - No luck!

Im having the same issue with my Droid Turbo 2 - 32GB - Android 6.0 (MM)
Nothing showing up in the notifications area.
Cannot use the home button (I get the hepatic feedback when pressed but it does nothing)
Same goes for the multitasking button
Cannot swipe down on the notifications area at the top of the screen.

I noticed that my device storage was completely full this morning after the device just randomly rebooted.
I remove 10GB of videos from the device. I now have 22.44 used of 32GB. Thought this would solve my problem.
Rebooted (multiple times, multiple ways)
Reset Network Settings
Tried Airplane Mode
Turned off NFC, Bluetooth, Wifi
Deleted some apps I dont use anymore.
Rebooted- still not working right....

Any ideas before I try a factory reset??
