Moto G 4G 1st generation. Android 5.1, ES file explorer
My Moto used to move downloaded music, movies and pics from the download folder in the device to the download folder in the SD card easily.
Recently it cannot move 2 movies in mp4.
Neither I can with ES file explorer, which does not list them under movies. Trying with a cable I just says "device busy" endlessly.
Nevertheless the files can be played opening them from the download folder in the device.
The SD card has plenty of free space.
Why is this? What can I do?
