I'm having the following issue:
My Note 4's mic for some reason works weirdly - whenever I make a call to another phone, my voice sounds muffled, or as if I'm located in a tube.
However, if I record my voice on any app (voice recorder), or If I make calls via any software (viber, skype, etc) the calls are perfect.
I've tried to go into safe mode, went back to factory settings, but the calls still appear as they were.
One thing to note is, when I switch to speaker mode, whoever's listening to me can hear me well. This issue happens only when I'm on the standard call mode.
Do you have any ideas what I could try in order to sort this issue out?
