[AC Question]

I dropped my phone earlier today have completly smashed my screen which was partly working for about 10 mins now there is nothing, I can hear emails, messages etc coming through but obviously cannot see anything. ive tried to sync it to my laptop but it's coming up that there is nothing on my device which is concerning?? any ideas? thank you

What are you using to sync? If you have a password/PIN protected lock screen, the phone cannot be accessed by syncing. Do you have an internet connection on the phone? You can use Google Play Store on a PC to install SideSync in your phone remotely. Once you have that installed, you can install SideSync for PC and use the phone screen display to unlock it to gain sync access.
