[AC Question]

My note 4 "upgraded" to MM last week but has been running like a pig i tried to factory reset but the application just kept looping. So i did a hard reset and now it tells me "this device is locked because of an abnormal factory reset. Sign in to the Samsung account that you have already signed in to on this device to confirm that it belongs to you"
At this point i sign in, hit next and it always says "processing failed"
I've double checked password using my Tab S and it works fine. I've tried connecting to wifi or 4g and neither works. And I've done a 2nd reset, including cache.
I even went on to samsung site and searched for a possible alternate account but none was found.
