moto e sim card problem and wifi problem

I have moto e first gen. I m facing sim card detection problem and wifi is unable to turn on. It shows turning on wifi but doesn,t turn on. I did factory data reset but it was of no use. My clock shows some different time. what is the solution for this?

Since the SIM card isn't being detected, the phone isn't connecting to the network card, so it has no idea what time it is (it gets the time from the tower it's connected to). Bring the phone to your carrier. If it's new, either the phone will be replaced or the SIM card will (they're both under warranty.) If it's used and out of warranty, you may have a useless phone. (The price to replace the motherboard is more than the phone is worth.)
