    My phone got stuck in a restart loop on Friday (got to either "SAMSUNG" screen and rebooted, or got to pincode entry screen but wouldn't allow any touchscreen entry. After several hours of this I managed to get logged into phone, and it then stated there were security updates required, which I installed. Yesterday, after a restart it said it was installing these updates. The phone is now dead. It's powered off, no response when trying to turn on and it isn't recognised by my PC either when connected via USB. Is my phone completely dead, or is there something I can do to get it working again?

    First connect the wall charger and let it charge for at least 24 hours undisturbed. Then, if you still have problems, create a free account here, so you can post to this thread, and let us know what's happening.

    Hi i am having same issues plus when I plug into wall phone auto turns on and off continuously. Driving me insane. Was working prefectly until yesterday. Not happy
