Not communicating to sever

Tried to sign into Google play and it comes up with can't communicate with server

What is your signal strength, data, and/or Wi-Fi connection like when you try to connect to Google Play? Maybe you are in a low-signal area and that is causing it. Try switching between mobile data and Wi-Fi and see if there is a difference.

Also, be sure that your account information is up to date.
