My selfie camera started crashing last week. I've had the phone for just over a month. (I'm on T-Mobile.) The first time, went back to the store and they did a SR to get it working again.
The last couple days, though, it hasn't worked again. So I got online and looked up all the help advice I could find.
I SR it again. I Force Stopped the app. I Force Stopped the Gallery and wiped the cache. I turned off the face recognition feature. I even erased the system partition cache, or whatever it's called.
After that, it finally worked—briefly. It was very laggy, and any bright light source in the picture looked purple. (I took a picture of it, but I don't see a place to post it here.)
After a minute or so, it crashed again.
What is wrong? What can I to fix this? Please help.
