Hello, I have an LG G4 and not too long ago, after removing the charger, I noticed that the battery charger symbol was still showing. I restarted the phone and the problem remains and the only fix is removing the battery and putting it back in and then starting.
However this becomes a great pain and I have yet to find a solution.
I have cleaned the charging port.
I have factory reset the phone.
I have tried wall outlet, different USB cables, and different outlets, but nothing is fixing the problem.
NOTE: This only occurs when I plug the charger into the phone and remove it, and the battery charging icon still shows, however the battery status shows frozen, not increasing like it does when it is charging.
