why will my magicJack app not work on my android phone

i keep getting an error that says " AN active magicJack device subscription is required to use the magicApp, if you have recently ordered a magicJack device, please register the device and try again. " How can i fix this issue?

Hi, do you have the app downloaded? are you wanting to use the app, if so you need to have an active subscription in place.
